Expectations and Guidelines for Wellness Providers

1. Agreement and Conduct

1.1. Adherence to "The Way"

All wellness providers must sign and follow the agreement known as "The Way," which outlines our network's code of conduct, ethical standards, and the principles we uphold. This agreement ensures that all providers operate with integrity and align with the core values of EnGen.

1.2. Guarding Patient Confidentiality

Protecting patient privacy is paramount. Wellness providers must agree to maintain patient confidentiality. Testimonies or reviews from clients from the EnGen community may not be used in a public forum. This is to ensure that trust in the EnGen community is built and withheld.

1.3. Liability Insurance

All wellness providers are required to maintain professional liability insurance. This coverage protects both the practitioners and the network, ensuring that any potential issues are appropriately managed.

1.4. Conflict Resolution

To maintain harmony within the wellness network and ensure the best outcomes for clients, a clear conflict resolution process will be in place. Wellness providers are expected to engage in this process in good faith if disagreements arise, whether between provider or with clients.

2. Onboarding, Training, and Education

2.1. Onboarding Process

Upon joining the wellness network, wellness providers will undergo an onboarding process to familiarize themselves with our tools, practices, and "The Way" agreement. This ensures a smooth integration into the community and alignment with our operational standards.

2.2. Ongoing Education and Professional Development

Wellness providers are encouraged to pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities. This commitment to lifelong learning ensures that providers remain up-to-date with the latest best practices in wellness and patient care.

3. Collaboration and Cooperation

3.1. Collaboration with Conventional Medicine Practitioners

Wellness providers are encouraged to foster open dialogue and actively collaborate with conventional medicine practitioners. This cooperative approach ensures comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for patients.

3.2. Participation in the Wellness Concierge Process

Wellness providers are expected to engage with the wellness concierge process provided by EnGen, which facilitates the coordination of care among various healing modalities. This collaborative approach enhances patient care and ensures that treatments are complementary.

4. Service and Operations

4.1. Fee Agreement

Wellness providers agree to set their own service fees that are fair and transparent. This includes setting terms for campus credits, hourly charges, rate changes, and procedures for handling cases without insurance. Transparency in billing is essential for maintaining trust with clients.

4.2. Independent Operations Management

Each wellness provider is expected to manage their own administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This includes appointment scheduling, billing, and client communications.

4.3. Service Consistency

Wellness providers must deliver services as agreed upon with the client. Maintaining consistency in service offerings is crucial for upholding the integrity of our network.

5. Contributions and Engagement

5.1. Monthly Marketplace Contributions

Each member is expected to contribute a specified amount to the marketplace funds monthly. These contributions help maintain our platform and support the wellness network's ongoing development. It can be in monetary or service in kind value.

5.2. Regular Content Contributions

To keep our community informed and engaged, members are required to contribute to our monthly to the EnGen community platform or publications. This could include articles, case studies, or other content relevant to holistic wellness and patient care. This can be content that the wellness provider is posting elsewhere.

5.3. Free Initial Consultation

To assist potential clients in making informed decisions, we ask members to offer an initial free consultation. This helps build trust and allows clients to determine if the practitioner is the right fit for their needs.

6. Optional Participation Programs

6.1. Patient Advocacy and Healing Accountability Agreement

Wellness providers have the option to participate in our patient-first focus program, which emphasizes a healing-first approach and sets clear healing outcomes. This program is designed to foster accountability and collaboration between providers and patients.

6.2. Campus Credits Program

Wellness providers may choose to participate in the Campus Credits Program, offering flexible payment options. This program allows members to select how they wish to be compensated, either through campus credits (credit values that community members have earned) or cash.

6.3. Barter Marketplace Participation

Wellness providers have the option to engage in our Barter Marketplace. This platform enables the exchange of services within the wellness network, offering an alternative to traditional payment methods.

7. Legal and Compliance

7.1. Privacy Protection

Wellness providers must implement adequate measures to safeguard patient data, adhering to all relevant privacy laws and regulations. This includes secure storage, transmission, and access protocols.

7.2. Insurance Handling

Wellness providers that currently accept insurance should be prepared to manage cases with or without insurance, this includes a method of handling out-of-pocket payments.
